Patch Notes: 8/6/2023

Some new updates to start this month!

New features:

In terms of new features, the game now has difficulty options through a character called the Hell Well.  

You can throw money in this well to access more challenging gameplay.

 The Hell Well gives you the option to choose:

• Faster enemies
• More enemies at once
• 3 random curses at the start of a dungeon run
• 1 to 2 Random abilities at the start of a dungeon run  

Feel free to play around with the options!

Other fixes:

• Widened the textbox to allow more room for character dialog
• Made the textbox font more readable on smaller resolutions
• Player no longer moves around when in dialog sequences or in the shop menu

Updates still to come:

• Adding unlockable dialogue to reveal the lore behind the characters and setting
  
• Fixing collision glitches with the bullets in dungeons
• Balancing of curses
• Increasing the player's rewards when they choose a higher difficulty
• Explaining the effects of curses when collected
