Patch Notes:
- Fixed alignment of torches on the start screen for different resolutions
- Fixed scaling of HUD on all supported resolutions
- Fixed a bug in which pressing the spacebar would take the player back to the start screen
- Stopped the player's Gold text from showing the score combo meter every time the player scores a hit
